A variety of learning experiences using a variety of media – instructor-led training (classroom and virtual), web-based training, motion graphics, performance support tools, communities of practice – leads to increased learner engagement and builds vital technology-mediated collaboration skills.

Collaborative learning is a key component of our blended learning model. Learning experiences should encourage collaborative problem-solving, learning through interaction with others, the development of ongoing communities of practice, and forming connections through coaching and mentoring.
